High knees! Great for cardio, and this exercise really works your legs and lower abs! It’s a standard warm up exercise I do before running, but you can also do it for HIIT exercises- do 30 seconds of these as high and fast as you can and slow jog to recover for 2 minutes. Repeat 8 times. :)

Make sure to keep your back arched/straight (it’s kind of difficult). The common mistakes usually will make you use your quads instead of your glutes, which won’t make your ass look amazing!
