People keep sending me asks about what I get when I go grocery shopping. So here ya go. This + toiletries was ~$80. I don’t think that is too bad.

This is from a fitness blog I follow … I cringe every time they post what they eat because I see almost NO organics or mentioning of local produce/farmer’s markets.  There is so much GMO in this post that I truly wonder how nutritionally educated these “FITSPO” people are.

Omg! I thought the same thing! Soo many GMO’s. Yes, it’s cheap, but the cost to your health is sooo much higher!

Lmfao what even. Sorry I can’t afford your fancy ass organic food. It’s called living on a budget. THIS IS SO UNHEALTHY GUYS LOOK HOW UNHEALTHY I AM

lmfaoo “no mention of local produce/farmers market” this food is healthy, it’s not perfect but do you really think we can all afford to pop in at a butcher shop or the farmers market and spend $80 on 2 days worth of food? FOH. lmao. if this is what you can afford it’s better than picking up chips soda or McDonald’s. chill on the poor people slander tumblr, it’s hard outchea for us.

^^

and lets not mention its the middle of freaking JANUARY. yeah let me just pull up to my local farmers market. because the local farmers learned to grow things out of their asses during snow storms. if it were summer hey i’m sure they could go get things at a farmers market but it’s not. it’s January. we have like 5 inches of snow on the ground but hold on I must go help the local farmers tend to their magic gardens.

^^^ FUCKING THIS JEEZUS I LIVE NEAR CHICAGO AND IT HAS BEEN SNOWING FOR LIKE 3 DAYS

damn there are some pretentious assholes on tumblr.
